During last week of April we organized the first Paragliding Basic Cours in Czech Republic, situated in Beskydy Mountains, area around Sky factory, Frýdlant n.Ostravcí. The weather forecast prommised very good and sunny weather. We can start with 5 young members practising také off on Palkovice training hill. Spring sun was very strong and we forgot to used sun protector, that was why we were burn our noses and faces. Even of hard training we found time for evening theory. After 3 days of practising, the cold front is comming and we can have a rest. But only physial, because we had some theoretical lessons and prepare our harnesses and rescues for high flights.

Day D is comming and we are going to the Javorovy Vrch in early morning. The clowds are still low, but enough to start their first flight. It was excelent day, with smooth thermal and low wind, so they made around 7–8 flights till evening. They practise with instructor Bara and Jiri asymetric collaps, ears and landing. This day we had to celebrate, we enjoy barbicue in our house. Next day was south situations, so we went to the Skalka Ondrejník. Beskydy Mountains are not so easy for start, because they are covered by forests and start place are very small. If you are able to takke off from Skalka, you can start than everywhere. Our group were excellent and made 2–3 flights till sunset with midday practising cross start on the landing place.

Cellebration of succesfull exams were finally finished and all the new pilots can start fly with us. Thanks a lot to our new instructors Bara and Ondra for good job and also tou our groupe – Pavel, Bara, Pavel, Lubos and David. See you in the air!
